This process has been developed for schools that want to initiate a school transformation. Through four phases, the school gets the opportunity to experiment with PBL and to be curious about what difference PBL can make for the school. The preparatory workshops for management and staff culminate in 3-week projects throughout the school. Based on the experience and evaluation of this, staff in collaboration with the management can assess PBL's effect and future at the school.
